This ULTRA MELT adhesive provides excellent adhesion to difficult board stock, including recycled
and high performance liners. Because of its superior heat stability, this
product does not char like traditional hot melts. The result is lower
equipment maintenance costs and longer equipment life. |

National Starch Product 34-250A
This COOL LOK adhesive is the result of an advanced technology from National Starch which allows
users to operate hot melt units at 250° as opposed to the standard 350°.
This product is suitable for all standard case/carton sealing methods.
With this COOL LOK, you can expect:
- Decreased Charring - No more char build up in hoses,pumps and pots. That translates
into lower maintenance costs and longer equipment life.
- Lower Energy Consumption - Decrease energy consumption by as much as 33% when
running temperatures drop from 350° to 250°.
