COOL BIND is a low-temperature hot melt that is suitable for Perfect Binding applications. With a running temperature of only 250°, this innovative hot melt
adhesive offers many advantages over traditional EVA glues. With the COOL
BIND, you can expect:
  • Decreased Charring - Without char buildup in pots, there will be fewer interruptions in your production.
  • Longer Machine Life and Lower Maintenance Costs - When using low-temperature hot melts, your bearings will last twice (2x) as long and your heating elements will last four times (4x) as long.

This is a low viscosity product which is designed for casing in. It provides
good adhesion to difficult stock.

National Starch Product 32-8024
This product is designed for casing in and provides excellent adhesion to difficult
stock. It has a fast set time, good tack and good machining qualities.
